Model 44 Front Axle Units | ||||

| Front axle kits include: 30 spline inner axle shafts and 27 spline outer axle shafts using a spicer 297X U-joint. The 27 spline outer axle shaft aloows the use of all the stock model 30 steering knuckles, spindles, hubs, lockouts, brakes etc...1982-86 CJ front axles have the shock mounts on the housing. For the YJ Wranglers, the Dana 44 does not have the axle disconnect like the stock axle does. YJ owners might consider purchasing the WARN font hub conversion for use with this axle. Ring and Pinions and Lockers are available seperately. | ||||

Rear axle units can be purchased with either drum or disc brakes, Drums or rotors are included. E brake cable and flex hose kit for connecting the disc calipers to your stock steel lines, for disc brake units, are sold separatly. | ||||
